Mindfulness and MBSR courses for individuals and organizations
Ilan Oseran, Health Psychologist
My name is Ilan and I am a health psychologist (License number: 27-131958). I currently work at Schneider Children's Medical Center in Petah Tikva; at the Psychological Clinic in Primary Care in Rishon Leziyon; and teach MBSR courses.
I have been studying and practicing mindfulness for over 10 years. After experiencing the many positive outcomes of introducing mindfulness into my personal and professional lives, I decided to train in this field and learn to teach MBSR courses at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, where the course was first developed. Today I am happy and excited to teach MBSR courses in Israel, both in Hebrew and in English, and hope more people will be able to benefit from this amazing field.
